Terms and Methodologies Used in this System
- Projects are a single piece of work you are woking on for a client, for creating your own SaaS or an opensource project. Aslo add a new tab in the below Features By Project table with the project name and filter as the new projet with grouping done based on type.
- You can create features from the button in the left and add subfeatures in the Features, features have versions which tell the feature is part of which version of the project. We can divide the features into different types like UI/UX, purely backend, devops, testing, documentation, CI/CD, etc which is grouped project wise in the Features By Project table.
- We can create tasks from the quick action button or directly in the features table below in Tasks Relation Column. Every task needs to be part of a feature and also added to sprint while working on it. The tasks to do in the current sprint are in the table “Current Sprint Tasks” below. We can shift the tasks from one sprint to another using “Sprint Change” Table below. We can shift task status of tasks in Current Sprint in Current Sprint Board Table
- Bugs are found in Features and not Tasks and can be created from the quick actions.
- Sprints can be 1 or 2 weeks long and tasks are added to it using Sprint Change Table Below. and the sprint can be started and completed from the below Sprints table and completion starts the form for creation of new sprint. All the tasks missed in the past sprint can be modified to the current one or next one to complete
